Payments

How your clients pay you. Everything is paid straight to your business, never through Varisett.

Bank transfer

Shown on invoices so clients can pay you directly. Leave empty if you don't take bank transfers.

Your own payment link

If you already have a payment page (for example a Stripe, SumUp, Square or PayPal link), add it here and it appears on every invoice.

Card payments online (your own Stripe account)

Not connected

Clients get a “Pay by card” button on their invoice and deposit links. Money goes straight into your Stripe account; Stripe charges you its own card fees. This is optional: without it, clients pay you by bank transfer, your payment link, or in person.

  1. Sign in to your Stripe account at dashboard.stripe.com. No account yet? Opening one is free.
  2. Go to Developers → API keys and choose Create restricted key.
  3. Name it Varisett Bookings. Set Checkout Sessions to Write and leave everything else as None. That's all it can do: take a payment. It can't see or move your money.
  4. Create the key, copy it (it starts rk_live_, or rk_test_ to try it out first) and paste it below.

We check the key works without charging anything. It's stored in your own database and never shown again.
