Workers are paid (days after the period ends)

Weekly, Monday to Sunday, paid 4 days after (the Thursday). This period: Mon 12 Oct to Sun 18 Oct, paid Thu 22 Oct. The one before: Mon 5 Oct to Sun 11 Oct.

Weekly overtime and the timesheets page use your pay week. Pay runs are offered for these periods; you can still choose other dates.

Bank holidays for

UK: 12.07% is the usual figure for workers with irregular hours, and rolled-up holiday pay is allowed for them from 1 April 2024. It must show separately on payslips; the pay file lists it as its own line. Workers paid through an umbrella company get their holiday pay from the umbrella company. Bank holidays are built in for 2026 and 2027.
