Sets the compliance documents, tax details and pay rules your agency works to. It can't be changed now that workers have been added.
Workers sign in on their phone at http://localhost:3022/worker-login with their ID and a PIN they choose from the link you send them.
Defaults for new client sites. Each site can have its own.
Used to warn you when booking, and to work out night and overtime pay in pay and bill.
In the UK, overtime is whatever your agreements say (there's no legal weekly threshold); leave it blank for none. 11 hours' rest between working days is the Working Time Regulations default.
How clock times become paid hours. Timesheets always keep the real clock times; these rules are applied to the hours paid, charged and shown to clients and workers. Pay runs and invoices already made don't change.
e.g. 08:07 to 15:52 is paid as 08:00 to 16:00.
The longest one a shift is over applies; shorter shifts have no unpaid break. The office can still change one timesheet's break. In the UK, anyone working more than 6 hours is entitled to a 20-minute break.
Late clock-ins are marked on timesheets and counted on each worker's record, with anyone who didn't turn up. Clients see the deadline in their portal: 2 days after the pay period ends, at 12:00. After it, the office can approve what's left on their behalf.
Call each level of access what your agency calls it, e.g. Recruitment consultant, Branch manager. What each level can do stays the same; only the name changes. Leave a box empty to keep the standard name.
