- Manager: Runs the warehouse: the map, items, approvals, counts, set-up
- Warehouse operative (Operative access): Puts away, moves, picks, counts and replenishes stock
- Goods in: Receives deliveries and checks them
- Dispatch: Packs and dispatches orders, delivery notes
- Purchasing: Items, suppliers, purchase orders and reordering
- Production: Receives components, records builds and scrap (manufacturing)
- Sales office (Customer service access): Customers, their orders and the portal
- Finance: Stock values, charges, invoices and exports
