Give a team a vehicle and a driver to make it a crew: the driver does the vehicle check and gets the crew's jobs; the rest of the crew ride along. Tick Assists to let a team help others: its members see those teams' jobs on their day (and can hide them), and its driver/lead can pick up any job nobody has started. It moves to them, and both teams see its latest status.
