Every feature on every plan: batches and serials, manufacturing and 3PL aren't extras.
Sites, your own location types, and locations inside locations to any depth: aisles, bays, levels, bins, cabinets, drawers. Build a whole racking run in one go, named in your own format, and see each level on a plan.
The walk order is worked out from your map, snaking along the aisles. Pick one order or several at once, on the scanner or on paper, with short picks recorded.
Your team sign in with a Staff ID and PIN on a handheld scanner or an Android phone to receive, put away, move, count, replenish and pick.
Stock only changes through one rule that refuses stock below zero, a blocked location, or the wrong batch or serial number. Each item shows where it is and every move in and out.
Track each item by batch, batch with expiry, or serial number. Choose first in first out or first expiry first out, and trace any batch or serial from delivery to dispatch.
Suppliers and their prices, reorder suggestions, purchase orders with an approval limit, emailed from your own mailbox. Freight and duty are spread into the stock's cost. Receive with a quality hold and put away by your rule.
Orders typed in, imported from a spreadsheet or placed by customers in their own portal. Kits ordered as one item and picked as their parts. Pack with weights, scan each item if you choose, and dispatch with a delivery note and signature.

A handheld scanner or an Android phone, signed in with a Staff ID and PIN. It reads barcodes on locations and items; labels print from the system.
Yes. Paid orders come in, fulfilments and tracking go back, and stock levels are kept in step. There's also an open API for your own systems.
Yes, per item: batch, batch with expiry date, or serial number, with stock allocated earliest-expiry-first if you choose.
Order online and your system is set up automatically on your own address, yourbusiness.varisett.com, usually within minutes. Your welcome email has your sign-in. There are no set-up fees and no implementation project.
Yes. Every business gets its own private database, not a share of a big one. Your staff sign in through your own address, with your name and logo.
Yes. Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly; paying yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months.
It keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your director can still sign in for 14 days to export anything, and we make a full download of your records, kept for you for 30 days. Then your data is permanently deleted.
Yes, from your account page. It runs at the same address (for example yourbusiness.varisett.com/fsm), uses your branding, accepts the same email and password for each person, and is billed as its own plan.
