Your office, your workers and your clients in one system, each seeing only what's theirs.
Send a worker a link, or let people register with you from your own page. They sign in with a Worker ID and PIN, add their details, upload their documents, give their pay details, accept your terms and say when they can work.
Your compliance team checks each document. Whether someone is cleared to work is worked out from approved, in-date documents, with a warning before anything expires. Someone who isn't cleared can't be booked.
Put up one shift or a run of dates, then pick from suggested workers: blocked if they're not cleared or booked elsewhere, with warnings for availability, rest between shifts, a long week, late clock-ins and no-shows.
Offer a shift to several people and the first to accept gets it. A shift is never overfilled and nobody is double-booked: the system itself refuses it.
Workers clock in and out on their phone, and the location is checked against the client's site at those two moments only, never tracked in between. Too far away needs your OK, or is flagged, as you choose.
Each client contact gets a private link, no login needed, to approve or query hours. Set a deadline and approve what's left on their behalf. Round clock times, set breaks by shift length and a minimum paid shift per client.
Clients request shifts, see who's booked and whether they've arrived, sign your terms, approve timesheets and see their invoices, all from their own link.
Weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or monthly, starting on any day, with a pay date. Night, weekend, overtime and bank holiday rates, and an umbrella rate, are worked out for you, with warnings before you pay.
Spreadsheet (CSV) pay files for your own payroll software and one per umbrella company, with holiday pay rolled up or accrued. Your payroll pays people and files as it does today.

It keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for. After that your director can still sign in for 14 days to export anything, and we make a full download of your records, kept for you for 30 days. Then your data is permanently deleted.
Yes, from your account page. It runs at the same address (for example yourbusiness.varisett.com/fsm), uses your branding, accepts the same email and password for each person, and is billed as its own plan.
