Help · Varisett Warehouse

Varisett Warehouse, role by role.

Varisett Warehouse runs a warehouse on a map you draw yourself: goods in, stock, purchasing, customer orders, picking in walk order, dispatch, returns, and optionally manufacturing and 3PL. These guides cover setting it up and each role's work.

Who does what

Give each person only what their job needs

The director has everything. Everyone else gets one or more roles, and one person can hold several. You can rename the roles to your own job titles; what each one can do stays the same.

What it looks like

The screens you'll use

Today: What's waiting, stock value, anything to reorder or expiring soon, and the latest movements.
Your floor plan: Draw your own warehouse: areas and aisles as blocks, shaded by how much stock they hold.
Picking on the scanner: Go to the location, take the quantity: here the batch with the earliest use-by date, as set by the allocation rule.
