Getting in
The agency sends a link, or you register on their page. Choose a 6-digit PIN. From then on, sign in with your Worker ID and PIN. Five wrong PINs lock the ID for 15 minutes; ask the office for a new link if you've forgotten it.
Onboarding
- Your details and an emergency contact.
- How you're paid: PAYE (bank details, National Insurance number, starter declaration) or through an umbrella company.
- Upload your documents: photos of them are fine.
- Accept the agency's terms, and say which days you can work.
Shifts
Shifts offered to you appear on your home page with the pay rate and break. Tap "Take this shift"; the first person to accept gets it. My shifts lists what you're booked on.
Clock in and out
At the site, clock in and out on your phone. Your location is checked at those two moments only, never in between. If you're further away than the site allows, give a reason; the office decides.
Screens show the real Varisett Staffing with made-up example data. Your own system carries your name, logo and colour.
